Our Classes

Beginner’s Yoga.

Every Monday evening you will be guided step-by-step through the class and we will gradually build up to more advanced poses as the course continues.  This class will begin with a short meditation and ends with a 10 minute relaxation.

Work Shops

Any future workshops will be posted here and on the Sutton Yoga Garden Facebook page. If you feel like there is something you would like covered in a workshop at Sutton Yoga Garden please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to incorporate it into our next workshop!

Private Instruction

Move deeper into your yoga practice with private instruction. A plan will be tailored to suit you and exactly what you would like from a 1:1 class, for example, working on rebuilding strength after pregnancy, an illness or injury.  A once off option is available if you’d like to brush up on a few things that we cover in our weekly yoga classes. 1:1 sessions last 1 hour and can be taught to a maximum of 3 people per group.

Vinyasa Flow

Move through some gorgeous flows with our Vinyasa teachers, Linda and Yvonne. Learn to connect your movements with your breath and be prepared for some interesting flows. Our classes always end with a 10 minute relaxation to completely relax the body and mind into a state of bliss before the leaving the studio.
