Our Classes

Beginner’s Yoga.

Every Monday evening you will be guided step-by-step through the class and we will gradually build up to more advanced poses as the course continues.  This class will begin with a short meditation and ends with a 10 minute relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is such a special and unique style of yoga that is designed to move and shift any stagnant energy that is stored in your body. It is different to other styles of yoga. In class there is chanting, meditation, repetitive moments, dancing, singing and so much more!  Each and every class is completely different and will work on a different aspect of your being.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga places emphasis on a slower paced, deep stretching of the bodies fascia and connective tissue. In a yin class, the pose is typically held for 3-5 minutes, a great way to get a low-impact stretch in the body. We’ll use our body’s own strength and range of movement to increase flexibility of the hips and shoulders.
There will be plenty of time during our yin practice for meditation, a perfect way to finish your evening and be rested for the start of the weekend!

Vinyasa Flow

Move through some gorgeous flows with our Vinyasa teachers, Linda and Yvonne. Learn to connect your movements with your breath and be prepared for some interesting flows. Our classes always end with a 10 minute relaxation to completely relax the body and mind into a state of bliss before the leaving the studio.
